Terms

Rules for using Clover responsibly.

These terms describe who Clover is for, what the product is designed to do, and the operational assumptions users accept when routing sensitive digital-asset activity through the platform.

Access and eligibility

Clover is intended for professional and institutional operators. Users are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to access the product in their jurisdiction and that they have authority over the wallets and entities they connect.

Execution boundaries

  • Clover routes only through configured private paths and may block execution instead of falling back to public broadcast.
  • Users remain responsible for transaction intent, recipient correctness, tax handling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Blockchain settlement is final. Clover cannot reverse or claw back completed on-chain activity.

Service expectations

Clover is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. The team may suspend product surfaces, private routes, or pilot features when security, policy, vendor, or infrastructure conditions require it.
